Bryan, a proud graduate of Hemlock High School’s Class of 1997, shares a deep connection with the Hemlock community alongside his wife, Kelly, who is also a fellow alumna. Together, they are raising their two daughters, Kinsley and Brylee, who attend Hemlock Public School District, continuing the family’s strong legacy within the district. Bryan went on to earn a business degree from Northwood University, and he currently manages the Grand Banquet Center in Bay City, Michigan.

With a background in business management and a shared passion for the school and community, Bryan felt a natural pull toward serving on the school board. He believes that the district’s greatest challenge is balancing growth with class sizes while ensuring that all students receive an engaging, robust, and appropriate curriculum. His vision for the district is centered on maintaining a safe, orderly, and challenging learning environment that supports students’ growth as learners and citizens, helping them achieve their highest individual potential.

Bryan is most proud of how Hemlock Public School District continually adapts, stays ahead of the curve, and works together as a team. This collaborative spirit is what makes the district such a special place for students and families.
